It is scoped and priced per engagement based on your specific requirements.

Most Enterprise deployments of 10–30 branches go live within 3–5 weeks. Larger deployments (50+ branches) with custom integrations and data migration typically take 6–10 weeks. We phase rollout so early branches are live and productive while later branches come on board.

Yes. JewelPro Enterprise has a pre-built SAP Business One connector. Jewelry transactions in JewelPro post as journal entries, sales orders, and delivery documents in SAP. Your Finance team continues working in SAP; JewelPro handles the jewelry-specific operational layer that SAP was never built for.

Yes. On-premise deployment is available for Enterprise clients with specific data governance or IT policy requirements. We support deployment on your own servers or a private cloud in your environment. Our team handles installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance as part of the engagement.

It means no more than 8.7 hours of unplanned downtime per year. If we breach this, you receive service credits. More importantly, your dedicated infrastructure means your system is never affected by other clients' load spikes. During festival peaks, we pre-provision capacity and have engineering on standby.

Each franchisee gets their own P&L, inventory pool, and user management — operating independently. HO sets pricing floors and ceilings, scheme templates, and compliance standards that all franchisees must operate within. HO has read access to all franchisee data. Royalty calculations can be automated based on transaction data. Franchisees cannot see each other's data.

Yes. The Enterprise report builder lets your team create any report from any combination of JewelPro data — with your column names, your calculated fields, your logo and colours. Reports can be scheduled for automatic delivery to any email list or Slack channel, or pulled via API into your existing BI stack.

Your data belongs to you entirely. On contract termination, we provide a full data export in structured formats (JSON, CSV, SQL dump depending on requirement) within 30 days. Data is then purged from our systems per a documented schedule. This is contractually guaranteed in all Enterprise agreements.

Yes, for Strategic Partner clients. If your business requires functionality that does not exist in JewelPro today, your named account team and an engineering resource can scope and build it. Custom features are typically deployed on your instance first and may be generalised to the broader platform over time.

Our implementation team has migrated data from most legacy jewelry software (Hansa, JPOS, Marg, custom systems) as well as Tally and Excel. We assess your data quality, map fields to JewelPro's schema, run validation checks, and migrate in phases with reconciliation at each step. Data integrity is verified before you go live.
