A new branch can be configured and live in 1–2 days. Branch setup involves creating the branch profile, assigning staff with their roles, and linking to the HO pricing and scheme configuration. Since all rules are inherited from HO settings, there is no need to reconfigure pricing, rates, or scheme terms for each new branch — it all carries over automatically.
Yes. While HO sets the base gold rate and making charge slabs, you can configure branch-specific spreads or premiums on top of the base. For example, a premium market branch might have a ₹50/gram premium while a competitive market branch operates at base rate. HO controls the base; branches can have configurable offsets within limits you define.
You create a transfer request specifying the items and destination branch. The sending branch confirms dispatch (inventory decreases at source, shows as in-transit). The receiving branch confirms receipt (inventory increases at destination, in-transit cleared). If there is a discrepancy between dispatched and received quantities, it is flagged for resolution. Full transfer history is maintained at both branches and at HO.
Yes. The customer database is shared across all branches and loyalty points are chain-wide. A customer who earned points at Branch 2 can redeem them at Branch 7. Branch staff see the customer's total points balance and redemption history regardless of which branch the points were earned at.
Each branch closes independently — staff count physical cash and enter it into JewelPro, which compares against the expected cash from the day's transactions. Any discrepancy is flagged. Once a branch closes, a closing report is generated automatically. The owner or HO receives a consolidated closing summary across all branches, showing which branches have closed and any discrepancies flagged.
No. Branch staff see only their own branch's data — their inventory, their sales, their customers. Branch Managers see their branch fully. Regional Managers see their assigned cluster of branches. Only HO Admin and Owner roles have chain-wide visibility. This is enforced at the system level, not just through UI — direct data access is also restricted by role.
Each branch is assigned its own GSTIN in JewelPro. Every invoice raised at that branch carries the correct GSTIN and state code with correct CGST/SGST or IGST treatment. At month end, GSTR-1 can be exported per branch (per GSTIN) for separate filing, or you can view a consolidated multi-GSTIN report for your CA.
The Growth plan supports up to 3 branches. The Chain plan supports up to 10 branches. The Enterprise plan supports unlimited branches. There is no technical limit to the number of branches — the platform has been deployed with 100+ branch chains without performance issues.
